Sacred Breath Method is a profound healing modality used to assist individuals to experience life more fully. Breath is a bridge between you and spirit. Each breathe you consciously breathe is a doorway to undiscovered realms. When you learn to connect into a circular no pause breath sequence, you open up to shedding old blockages, traumas and having a transpersonal awakening.
When the diaphragm is locked or tight, it often means imbalances, including somatic holding patterns of tension, emotional armouring and energetic blockages. When we unlock, we begin to expand the lung’s range and capacities, allowing us to receive the medicinal and healing properties of oxygen in a more optimal way. When we unlock the diaphragm, we begin to breathe uninhibitedly, without body armouring or somatic resistance. When we unlock the diaphragm, we release ourselves from its “cage”, and open ourselves more fully to life in this moment. Through this process, the breath becomes expansive, ecstatic and causes a sense of liberation.
Old traumas and unprocessed energies inhabit your body. Since you were a child, you have been exposed to stimulus. Some which felt great and some that were traumatic and left deep wounds that imprinted in your body. Often times we didn't have any opportunity to process and integrate our uncomfortable emotions in the moment due to the lack of support or lack of direction and guidance. This then could have led to you developing un-serving subconscious traits, behaviours and belief systems. For many of us feeling emotions were ushered away quickly and this energy then got stored within us and lives in our cellular memory, muscles and tissues and creates imbalances. That is when we developed holding patterns and held on to the energy which may be creating havoc on our nervous systems and immune system.
